Don't Hang the Skeleton...

Halloween is a favorite holiday around here.

My kids have been in halloween mode full swing.

This last week, we have made halloween cookies, read halloween books, watched Goosebumps every night and worked on halloween word searches and mazes.

Halloween Hangman created by The Dimension's Edge, Inc.

Thanks to the Wine Commonsewer my kids have also enjoyed playing Halloween Hangman. They thought it was quite hilarious. It provided an hour of quiet and entertainment which was great for Mom.

I have memories of playing hangman back in grade school and it was also a favorite game to play with my clients when I was doing play therapy back in California.

Hope you enjoy.

Happy Halloween!

oh my -

my girl does not like skeletons! I imagine she would not appreciate that game - although i won't know if we don't try it.

I tried the game and I loved it! It had me laughing because I was so bad at it. I sent it to my nephews who will love it! Thanks!

Thanks for the shout out, Mama.

We babysat for some friends last night while they went out for their anniversary.

Had a tag team of kids playing for a good hour. Once in a while they'd holler for me or Mrs TWC, but they mostly did it themselves.

I don't recall the score, but they ran it up pretty high.

BTW, What Happens In Vegas, which we watched while the kids tore our friends house down, ain't that good a movie. Not appropriate for kids, neither.

Interesting how Halloween has become the second most popular American holiday.

I don't think W.W. is up for hangman yet but it sure is a neat idea. He attempted to make a foam halloween house with grandma yesterday that sort of turned out and 30 minutes later he thoroughly enjoyed taking apart again. :)

W.C.- I would have to say this may be my kids favorite holiday. A combination of candy, dressing up and all of the things mentioned above!!

Thanks for the nice comments!
